My door lock actuators make noise when I try to lock them but only the passenger side locks and none if them unlock. Are the actuators messed up or do they need some work. If they are done for does anyone know a good aftermarket replacement

I recently got my car painted and decided to go 2 tone, but I've been looking at online pictures and It seems like the trim under the opera lights goes farther down on 2 tone models. Does anyone know if they're different types of trim or if its an illusion?
